Discovery - consisted of a series of meetings with various agencies, gathering documentation and web properties source code. This part of the process also involved code review and core functionality definition to enable quick and easy referencing in support process. Migration & Handover - once a baseline of knowledge was established and all websites handed over, we benchmarked and consolidated all hosting under one Azure account for cost efficiency. Day-to-day Support - final and ongoing stage included set up and introduction of the new support process and platform. Swift resolution of all backlog issues from the pervious agencies, allowed the client to focus on growth of the KPIs.
