Each Director holds responsibility for a certain area of the business and their team’s strategy and implementation, as well as contribute ti the overall agency’s direction.
GEORGE KOWALEWSKI
DIGITAL DIRECTOR
Founder, public speaker, strategist and technical expert, George heads up our digital delivery. With an insatiable appetite for continuous learning, a desire to stay on top of latest industry trends and a love of all things ‘geeky’, George is well placed to create top-of-their-game websites. His CV to date boasts a wealth of high-profile campaigns for the likes of VISA, DANONE, SportsDirect and WPP agencies.
DMITRIJ VELIKORODIN
TECHNICAL LEAD
A truly passionate and experienced technologist and George’s business partner of many years, Dmitrij’s computing expertise is first rate. With experience working for European Parliament, Konica Minolta, AdFingers and Telia, Dmitrij’s skills cover everything from data-centre hardware consultancy to scalable high load environments setup and administration.
MARK PEACOCK
CREATIVE DIRECTOR
With over twenty-five years of agency creative and strategic marketing experience, twenty at director level, Mark’s career includes stints at Lonsdale, KLP and RSCG. He has developed creative communication strategies and integrated marketing programmes for some of the world’s biggest and most dynamic consumer brands.
ALICJA KOWALEWSKA
OPERATIONS + R&D LEAD
With a background in recruitment, Alicja has a well-honed talent for sourcing skilled and appropriate people.
Successfully running two agencies and managing teams of 20+ for a number of years, Alice is responsible for day-to-day operations including finance, payroll and HR. In her spare time she looks after EXPRE’s R&D projects.
